Prior to diversifying into Retail Travel after the arrival of Denise’s first son, she spent 11 years working in the Corporate Travel Sector, which included liaising both with airlines and hotels directly to negotiate group rates worldwide for clients travelling to Trade Fairs and Conferences, alongside communicating directly with each client travelling, meeting clients at their arrival airport and ensuring all the travel arrangements went smoothly, as well as often accompanying them to their hotels and conference venue.

 

Other clients required flights and accommodation when independantly travelling abroad to meetings, and invariably their itineraries were both comprehensive and complicated.

Whilst the majority of The Travel Den’s clients contact us to arrange their personal holidays, we are delighted that we also have clients who book their Business Travel with us, safe in the knowledge that Denise’s invaluable experience allows her to ensure that all our client’s requests and requirements are satisfied, as this provides them with the security that their travel arrangements are in safe hands.
